Trip inquiries
The trip inquiry form prepares a draft in your own email app. Review the message and send it there, or use the copy and save controls. The website does not send the inquiry automatically or add it to a customer database. Email providers handle the messages they receive.
Client sign-in
Google handles sign-in. The website verifies the sign-in result and uses a temporary session cookie to recognize you. Alicia’s website does not collect or store your Google password. Sessions expire and are removed when you sign out or the application restarts.
Your trip records
Itineraries, booking details, access assignments, documents, and portal messages are stored in Alicia-controlled Google Drive records. The server checks your access before returning a trip or document. Other clients cannot open your records merely by knowing a link. The website does not automatically save trip data to your browser storage.
Alicia and authorized administrators can access the records they manage. This is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging or document-vault service. Downloads and printed copies remain on your device after you sign out.
Keep sensitive information with the booking provider
Do not send card numbers, security codes, passport scans, Social Security numbers, medical records, or passwords through the inquiry form or portal. Complete payments and sensitive travel-document requirements through the appropriate Archer or supplier system.
Website media and preferences
Background videos are hosted with the site. Social links open the original platforms; those platforms apply their own privacy terms. Theme and motion preferences may be saved on your device. This release does not install advertising or analytics trackers.
Hosting and records requests
The hosting service may keep routine security and error logs. Removing a document from portal access does not erase the underlying business record in Drive, supplier systems, or email. Contact Alicia about corrections, access, or deletion requests.
